And for this generation, that simply means no electronic devices and no Dunkin’ Donuts. Survival is now in its 46th year and still going strong. Students in Nicole Radke’s fourth-grade classroom organized and ran the school’s most successful charity fundraiser in just two days. Upon learning about the tragedy of the Boston Marathon Bombings and reflecting upon the courage and bravery of the first responders, students asked their teacher, “Can we do something to help the people who are hurt?”
