Tour de Crème430 viewsThis Sunday was the third annual Tour de Crème, a fundraising partnership between the Mattapoisett Land Trust and the Friends of the Mattapoisett Bike Path. The ride started at the Town Beach and wound its way through the Southcoast, making stops at the various creameries along the way. Tropical Storm Earl429 viewsBoth Mattapoisett and Marion docks were busy spots last week when the National Weather Service issued a Hurricane Warning to the region. Plymouth county, in addition to Cape Cod, the Islands, and Bristol county, prepared for Hurricane Earl, a category 3 hurricane that stood the potential to make landfall in southeastern Massachusetts.
