Various volunteer organizations and groups dependent on volunteer participation set up tables and invited the public to learn how they could help. The plastic lawn ornaments are the Old Rochester Regional High School Cheerleaders' latest and most creative fundraiser. For $25, residents can have a friend's house decorated, or "flocked" with lawn flamingos. All money collected through the flocking will be used to send the squad to Walt Disney World in February.
