Old Rochester Regional Youth Football493 viewsThe Old Rochester Regional Youth Football teams are hitting the fields hard in order to prepare for their upcoming 2012 season. This year marks the seventh year for the program. With over 150 players in the program, there are six teams and a dedicated staff of coaches and parents for a support system. Mariner u14 Girls soccer team493 viewsThe Mariner u14 Girls soccer team won the SCSL division and advanced to the Massachusett’s Tournament of Champions in Lancaster MA on June 27th-29th. The team played three games and advanced the final four. They won the semi finals and lost in the finals to Westford.

Plymouth Sands Trail Riders 492 viewsOn Sunday, October 28, the Plymouth Sands Trail Riders bike club held a hare scramble at the Mattapoisett landfill. The club, which boasts over 300 members from all around New England, had over 100 riders participate in the event. Riders from teens up to seniors took off for the 40 minute races around the 2.5 mile wooded track. 3rd Annual Bulldog Dash492 viewsAlmost 200 runners and walkers braved the autumn wind chill to turn out for the third annual ORR Bulldog Dash on Saturday, November 24. The dash was held to raise funds for the purchase of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for the athletic department as well as to purchase equipment for the Cross Country teams.
