November was ‘Scouting for Food Month’ and Troop 31 Scouts and Leaders take this type of community service very seriously. This year they will be extending Scouting for Food to December as well. Octopurr Fest603 viewsIt’s All About the Animals held its 5th annual Octopurr Fest on October 6. The fundraiser featured food, games, music, and craft booths. Owner and operator of the no-kill shelter, Pam Robinson, said 100 percent of all proceeds would go directly to the care of the felines.
