Antiques in Rochester355 viewsA teddy bear won at a carnival by Nancy Boutin's father for her mother in the early 1940's was appraised by Frank McNamee for $50 to $75. The chair belonged her Grandmother's aunt Delia, was made around 1890 and was appraised for $175. Unfortunately for collectors, Nancy doesn't plan on parting with these items.
