Rochester Boy Scout Troop 31480 viewsRochester Boy Scout Troop 31 kicked off the month of March with an impressive Court of Honor held at the Grange Hall on Monday, March 4. Scoutmaster Kevin Thompson presided over the ceremony as he proudly awarded his Scouts with 15 rank advancements and 28 merit badges. The troop's current scout rank advancements set a new record that included four new Life Scouts currently working simultaneously as Eagle Scout Candidates on their community service projects.
