Rochester Boy Scout Troop 31 hosted a Haunted House at the Rochester Grange on Saturday, October 19. The troop came up with the idea of hosting a haunted house a short 2 1/2 weeks ago and designed and built all scenes in a three-day period during the week of October 14-18.
