Members of Rochester Boy Scout Troop 31 who participated in the recent dedication of a newly-planted Liberty Elm tree on the front lawn of the Plumb Memorial Library in Rochester included (from left) Sam York, Scoutmaster Mr. Bernier, Jeremy Stubbs, Chris Bernier, and Chad Underhill.
