Former Massachusetts Superior Court Justice Chris Byron of Rochester will be the keynote speaker during Mattapoisett’s Annual Memorial Day Ceremony to be held on Monday, May 26 at 1:30 pm on the grounds of the newly-renovated Mattapoisett Public Library. Sponsored by the Florence Eastman Post 280 American Legion, the observance will also include a dedication of the war monuments outside the library and a parade through the center of town.
