Chinese Culture

Children learned about Chinese culture and the Year of the Rabbit at a February 24, 2011 Mattapoisett library event. Librarian Linda Burke read a traditional Chinese story, and then the children enjoyed making their own dragons, watched as Haiying Zhang wrote their names in Mandarin, and tried eating fried rice with chopsticks.
