Alia Cusolito’s art was on exhibit July 8 at the Mattapoisett Museum featuring depictions of Audre Lorde, a self-proclaimed “black, lesbian, mother, warrior, poet” who dedicated her life to confronting and addressing injustices of racism, sexism, classism and homophobia, and Emma, a dear friend who passed away in 2022.
