Liz DiCarlo and Bill Emmons put the finishing touch, a bell, on two of the 30 bicycles collected by Bikes for All before they are distributed to their new owners on June 19, an effort by the Friends of the Mattapoisett Bicycle and Recreational Path and Mattapoisett Recreation to make sure everyone in Mattapoisett has an opportunity to use the bike path.
