On December 29 Miss Massachusetts Jillian Zucco held a Make A Difference Expo at the Knights of Columbus hall. Various volunteer organizations and groups dependent on volunteer participation set up tables and invited the public to learn how they could help. Outside in the parking lot Boston Children' Hospital mobile blood donation van with the slogan “give pints for half pints,” saw a steady flow of people throughout the day. Photos by Marilou Newell
