The Joseph H. Plumb Memorial Library celebrated its 50th anniversary with a week of festivities — including an antique car presentation by auto expert Richard Cutler on Thursday and a dedication ceremony on Saturday. The latter event featured special appearances from Senator Michael Rodrigues, State Rep. Mark Sylvia, Debby Conrad from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, Town Administrator Cameron Durant, and Rochester Historic Commission’s Connie Eshbach, who presented a historical plaque.
