The Easter Bunny hopped over for a visit, giving children hugs and high-fives as parents scurried to take photos and comfort the smaller ones who were a little reluctant to approach. The Tabor Academy history teacher shared his experiences in Vietnam with a small group of Marion residents last week at the Elizabeth Taber Library, bringing with him a seeming fortune in Vietnamese Dong, a treasure trove of handicrafts, and hundreds of photos, some of which he presented with a little academic insight and plenty of comical commentary.

Relay for Life301 viewsIt rained down hard the night of the 9th annual Relay for Life at Old Rochester Regional, soaking the ground, the tents, and the participants – but it didn’t stop anyone from coming out anyway to walk for a cure and honor those who have battled cancer.
