Each year, thousands of wreaths are placed across military and veterans cemeteries to honor our America's fallen for the holidays. Rochester Troop 31 Scouts helped with this national effort to place 18,000 wreaths this year. The adorning of these graves pays tribute to the sacrifice the men and women of the armed forces pay to preserve our freedoms.

On Tuesday, October 6, the Road Race Board presented a check for $4,000 to Father Gabriel Healy, Director and Treasurer of Damiens Place Food Pantry in Wareham.

Rochester Country Fair379 viewsRochesters Country Fair was a great success despite the cancellation of the Town Ball Game, Woodsman Show, the Block dance and the Bonfire due to EEE. The weather was perfect on Saturday as children raced frogs, climbed walls, bounced in castles and much more. Although the weather was less than perfect on Sunday, residents lined the streets with lawn chairs and umbrellas to watch as the Hillbilly themed parade passed. Photos by Felix Perez.
