On December 17, Commission Chairperson Connie Eshbach and the members donated and mounted a plaque at the Grange, which joins the Rochester Women's Club, East Rochester Congregational Church and Town Hall as recipients of a plaque. The program is open to any Rochester owner of an older private home. The information on the criteria and ordering procedures are posted at townofrochestermass.com under Historical Commission.
