Great Pumpkin Contest18 viewsThe Elizabeth Taber Library is once again celebrating Halloween with their Great Pumpkin Contest. Visitors to the library can check out a real pumpkin for free with their library card, then return their decorated pumpkin by Wednesday October 23 to be entered into the contest. Marion Natural History Museum18 viewsThe Marion Natural History Museum's after-school group had a chance to learn about how our local insects survive the winter with Plymouth County Entomologist Blake Dinius. Some form galls, others go into a deep hibernation, some freeze solid, and others hide inside or under things like trees or leaves.
