We had the opportunity to see terns, geese, ducks, cormorants, and oystercatchers, as well as a trip to the top of the lighthouse. Folks from the Fairhaven Village Militia and Wareham Militia Group in conjunction with Marion Recreation and the Marion Cultural Council took spectators back in time to Colonial Massachusetts during a weekend-long encampment at the beach.
