Fundraising efforts have already yielded over $38,000 towards the effort. The exact figure needed is not known until the bids are opened and the costs of services such as police and fire details are quantified. Those wishing to contribute towards the Fireworks can send donations to Marion Fireworks, 2 Spring Street, Marion, MA 02738.
