Marion 5K376 viewsApproximately 448 runners participated in the 14th Annual Marion Village 5K on June 26, 2010. The community race raised approximately $6,000 for the Marion Recreational Committee that maintains playground equipment, baseball fields and otherwise enhances the recreational opportunities in Marion. 22-year old Brendan Medeiros of Fall River finished in first place with a time of 16:47. Marion Boy Scouts376 viewsTroop 32 Marion Boy Scouts and their parents went on a ski trip on February 22, 2015 to Ragged Mountain. Some of what Boy Scouts is about is exposure to new things, so Ragged Mountain was a good choice as a beginner’s mountain. Two of the Scouts and two of the parents (and even a Scout sibling) started the day with a beginner’s lesson, Chris Horton on a snowboard.

This show celebrates the immense talent of the Sippican School students and will include several works from each grade level, representing various subjects and mediums.
