Monday Morning Painters18 viewsThe Monday Morning Painters are a group of dedicated artists who for more than 10 years have supported one another in their painting journeys. The group meets at the Rochester Council on Aging and welcomes like-minded artists to join them. Unique to this group, their painting is not under the direction of a leader, each artist works at their own pace. Several (mostly older) residents held it from beaching in rough waters for approximately an hour while waiting for help from Mattapoisett Boatyard and while trying to reach a young volunteer who coordinates all things related to the raft.
