Holiday in the Park 147 viewsMattapoisett's annual Holiday in the Park held on December 9 was a grand success. Buffet-style food tables featured delicious items from local restaurants and shops, from donuts to pizza to Chinese offerings and more. Santa and Mrs. Claus were on hand for little ones to share their wishes for a special gift, while elves, Frosty, and one of Santa's reindeer strolled the park spreading holiday cheer. The model arrived on Tuesday afternoon from Arizona in a crate weighing a total of 181 pounds. All were participating on the 22-mile ride of the recent Tour de Crème fundraising event held by the Mattapoisett Land Trust.
