Paca Run163 viewsSeptember 25 found animal lovers of all ages visiting alpaca farms throughout the region in a game called “Paca Run.” Mattapoisett’s Pine Meadows Farm participated in the event, which included five farms where folks could pick up playing cards. At the end of the two-day event coinciding with National Alpaca Farm Days, the best “Hand” won prizes. Gail Roberts led distributed sheet music and led in song with musicians Louise Anthony playing the fiddle and Jack Dean the ukulele.
