Relay for Life357 viewsOver 200 Tri-Town residents gathered to help raise money for the American Cancer Society by participating in the fifth annual Relay for Life. The Relay started at 5:00 pm on Friday June 11 and continued until 12:00 pm on Saturday. Participants walked the track at ORR throughout the night and into the next afternoon as a way to honor cancer survivors and those who lost their battle to cancer. Personalized luminaria bags lined the track, lighting the way for the participants throughout the night.

Varsity Girls357 viewsThe Varsity Girls – Jillian “JiJi” Zucco, Simone Cardosa, Kimber-Lee Jacobsen and Jillian Jensen – opened for musical guest, James Taylor, and President Obama at Governor Deval Patrick's Rally on Saturday, October 16 in an overcrowded hall at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. The local teens performed three songs (one cover and two originals) prior to James Taylor performing three selections of his own and President Obama taking the stage to address those in attendance.
