Tour de Crème343 viewsThis year’s 4th annual Tour de Crème raised $12,000 for outdoor recreation in Mattapoisett! There were 350 riders consuming over 1,200 scoops of ice cream all for a good cause. Mattapoisett Fire Department Association Chowder Competition 343 viewsOn September 8, the 5th annual Mattapoisett Fire Department Association Chowder Competition featured a variety of flavorful chowders from restaurants and public safety facilities from Fairhaven, Rochester, and Mattapoisett. Buzzards Bay Coalition Bike Ride342 viewsOn Sunday, October 14, 147 riders pedaled across southeastern Massachusetts to participate in the 6th Annual Buzzards Bay Watershed Ride in order to raise money for the Buzzards Bay Coalition. There were two route options, one 75-mile and one 35-mile course that led riders all throughout the region, including the Tri-Town. The ride raised $68,000 for the organization's initiatives.
