Antiques in Rochester344 viewsGinny Decker brought a pair of Victorian era frames to be appraised at Rochester Woman's Club Antique and Collectible show. These frames contain photos of her grandparents Nathaniel and Betsy Barros. Betsy Barros was the cousin of Lavinia Warren Stratton, the wife of General Tom Thumb who was made famous by P.T. Barnum. Antiques in Rochester314 viewsA teddy bear won at a carnival by Nancy Boutin's father for her mother in the early 1940's was appraised by Frank McNamee for $50 to $75. The chair belonged her Grandmother's aunt Delia, was made around 1890 and was appraised for $175. Unfortunately for collectors, Nancy doesn't plan on parting with these items.
