On Arbor Day, April 25, the Mattapoisett Tree Committee hosted a flag raising as well as a tree planting in memory of teacher Bill Spark. Chair Nancy Souza and Treasurer Dianne Tsitsos were present as well as Chris Nadeau, Emerson Schroder, and Garrett Bauer of the Mattapoisett Highway Department.
