Grieving during the Holidays is a workshop designed to help you “make it through” the holidays and honor your loved one too! Join us for tips and coping skills to help you navigate in a healthy way through the end of the year Holiday season! In-person workshops: Thursday, November 3 at 9:30 am at the Mattapoisett Council on Aging; Monday, November 7 at 6:00 pm at the Somerset Public Library; and Thursday, November 10 at 5:00 pm at the Fairhaven Council on Aging.
