Cold Steel458 views“Cold Steel” was one of the educating and exciting free programs the Mattapoisett Free Library offers during the summer. The students were able to visit the island and see some of the birds that rely on this special habitat for raising their young. The children saw Oystercatchers, Osprey, and Terns. They also learned a little about the history of the lighthouse.
