Tabor Academy Polar Plunge474 viewsTabor Academy hosted its second annual Polar Plunge on Sunday, January 21 at Silvershell Beach to raise money for the school’s Special Olympics Young Athletes Program. Students from ‘fundraising rival’ Sandwich High also showed up, with scores of students and staff making a dash in and quickly out of the chilly waters. The plunge raised about $8,000. Tabor Gateways474 viewsTabor Academy has welcomed 35 students from China and those of Chinese heritage from other English-speaking countries for two three-week sessions of Tabor Gateways. The students, entering grades 8-11 will be at Tabor from July 15-August 17.
