Sippican House Tour535 viewsThe Sippican Women's Club hosted their 25th Holiday House Tour on Saturday, December 10, 2011. The theme this year – "A Tropical Christmas" – brought a splash of color to the annual event, along with sand, Tiki bars, and flamingo motifs. New Year Plunge535 viewsOn January 1, 2013, Mattapoisett Town Beach played host to a New Year’s polar plunge fundraiser. The event, which attracted over 400 people, raised money to benefit BAM Foundation, Inc., a New Bedford non-profit which donates money to South Coast families dealing with members who have cancer.
