Lebowitz, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Program Operations (DASPO) for the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) in Washington, DC. Mr. Nunes, a lawyer and Senior Investigator for the Boston Regional Office, worked as Special Assistant to the DASPO in the National Office.
