After-school program participants included James Caswell, Sam Gordon, Fiona Lonergan, Alex Bessey, T.J. Stellato, Bennett Cantwell, Owen Powers, Angelina Cosgrove, Cedar Gregoire, Jacob Lawrence, Molly Kracke and Katelyn Luong. The demonstration was conducted by rockets instructor Mike Cronin.

Marion Rochester Youth Soccer503 viewsMarion Rochester Youth Soccer (MRYS) Girls U-12 Warriors travelled to Barnstable to play in the 2015 Harvest Cup Columbus Day Soccer Tournament. This exceptional group of girls finished second overall after an outstanding weekend of soccer! It was the teams’ first tournament play and the girls came home rewarded with a finalist trophy.

Triathlon503 viewsThe Triathlon kicked off the first of the many Harbor Days events scheduled over the week and into the weekend. Hosted by the Mattapoisett Lions Club every year, the triathlon takes racers .25 miles from the shore of Town Beach and back, 10 miles bicycling through Mattapoisett, and 5K through the village around Ned’s Point Lighthouse.
