Celebrating the 4th516 viewsMarion's annual fireworks display attracted several thousand people to the town's Silvershell Beach Park on Friday evening July, 3. The Marion town band entertained the crowd until dusk when the night's big show lit up the sky's above Sippican Harbor. Christmas Holiday Shop516 viewsSt. Anthony’s and St. Rita’s parishioners combined efforts to give the community a Christmas Holiday Shop and Celebration on Saturday, December 5, 2009. The basement of St. Anthony’s church was decked out in snowflakes, wreaths, bells, bows, and a Santa sleigh. Santa listened patiently as children told him what they wanted for Christmas. Feestaardvarken516 viewsFeestaardvarken (Party Aardvark) is a 30-meter long (98 feet) concrete sculpture located in the center of Arnhem in the Netherlands. The sculpture was commissioned by Burgers’ Zoo to commemorate their 100th anniversary in 2013. It was created by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, who has many great works including a giant rubber duck that has been displayed around the world.
