Marion Town House119 viewsThe Marion Town House renovation project, as approved by residents at last year’s Spring Town Meeting, is on schedule and expected to finish in late-summer. The Town House was closed, and renovations began in September 2025, with work seeing the building become Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant, addition of a fire-suppression system, HVAC installation, and an internal lift. Marion Village Christmas Stroll117 viewsThe Marion Village Christmas Stroll was this past cold and snowy Sunday. Santa and Ms. Clause arrived by their usual boat, though the cold and the wind sure made it look difficult to dock. Excited kids hurled snowballs all around (and at each other) as they waited for St. Nick. Photo by Sam Bishop

Marion Natural History Museum117 viewsThe Marion Natural History Museum’s afterschool group had a wonderful time on December 17 using recycled and natural materials for gift giving. We made snow globes, bird feeders, shell ornaments, and more! We also enjoyed snacks and having fun visiting with friends. The museum wishes to thank all the terrific volunteers that came out to help. Happy Holidays from the museum and see you soon. Photos courtesy Elizabeth Leidhold
