Mattapoisett Land Trust Vice President Peter Davies told the Wanderer that the Mattapoisett Museum and the MLT have jointly organized the event for five nonconsecutive years. Seahorse Gives Back253 viewsEach year, Mattapoisett Recreation's Seahorse Explorer's program hosts a "Seahorse Gives Back" week at our camp. This year, Buzzards Bay Coalition was chosen to be the recipient of their fundraising efforts, presenting the coalition with a check for $390. Beaudoin were Assistant Harbormaster Robert Clavin and intern Robert Haskell, and on the Mattapoisett Fire Department boat were Firefighter Daniel Cortes and Lieutenant Ross Macedo. With the help of the students, the town has been able to fund the materials needed without the associated labor.
