Children learned how to load a musket, Boy Scouts Troop 31 demonstrated archery skills, visitors enjoyed live music and baked goods and those who ducked inside the 1857 East Rochester Church were treated to an amazing display of artifacts. Salty Soirée244 viewsSince 2007, the Mattapoisett Land Trust has invited the community to a soirée at the site of Salty the Seahorse. The Halloween themed party on October 19 featured musical performances by Jeff and Lisa Dunn, storytelling by the campfire with Karen Chace, and make-your-own s’mores.
