Solids will be processed to the northwest side of the concrete wall, right, and liquids in the larger area of the lagoon on the southeast side, according to DPW Director Nathaniel Munafo. A liner made up of over 30 pieces is on site awaiting final surface grading by Methuen Construction and the installation of a Multiflo infrastructural piping system.

Marion Natural History Museum 307 viewsThe Marion Natural History Museum enjoyed a presentation by Stephanie Ellis, executive director of Wild Care, Inc. We heard how various animals get hurt, be it hit by a car, rat-poisoned birds of prey, glue traps, etc., and how Wild Care takes care of many wildlife species in their organization. Stephanie brought in "Garv," the Eastern Box Turtle; he was raised as a pet and does not know how to survive in the woods anymore.

ORR Spirit Week307 viewsThe culmination of Old Rochester Regional High School’s Spirit Week was a pep rally held after October 7 classes in the gymnasium. ORR sophomores performed a Wizard of Oz skit, and the ORR Bulldog joined Dorothy and company. The seniors displayed a "Back in Time/Back to the Future" theme, featuring a cleverly constructed “Delorean,” a colorful aerobics class, lots of action and energetic music with Marty McFly and Doc Brown characters joined by the heroic Bulldog.
