Buffet-style food tables featured delicious items from local restaurants and shops, from donuts to pizza to Chinese offerings and more. Santa and Mrs. Claus were on hand for little ones to share their wishes for a special gift, while elves, Frosty, and one of Santa's reindeer strolled the park spreading holiday cheer. Marion Natural History Museum183 viewsOn March 13, the Marion Natural History Museum's afterschool group enjoyed hearing about planets, stars, galaxies and the universe with amateur astronomer Peter Marshall. Peter specializes in studying and taking photos of these rarely seen objects from his home in Rochester, and the kids were happy to share their astronomical insights with the group.
