ORR Class of 2021415 viewsSaturday’s commencement exercises at Old Rochester Regional High School saw 188 members of the Class of 2021 graduate, and they and their families heard speeches from Valedictorian Katelyn Luong and Class President Bess Pierre, along with words from keynote members of the district and school administration. Marion Natural History Museum415 viewsThe Marion Natural History Museum's afterschool group had a wonderful time setting off their rockets on June 9. Despite the blistering hot weather, the rockets were all successfully launched, and the parachutes deployed (most of the time). The students had built their rockets at home before the program with a YouTube video created by the program's presenter, Mike Cronin.

Nolan Fest415 viewsThe first-ever Nolan Fest was held on July 11 at Silvershell Beach in Marion to honor the late Nolan Gibbons, who tragically passed away on August 18, 2020. The festival featured live music and words presented by area and national contributors, along with video tributes and a fire show.
