Mass Mini Tractor Pullers 400 viewsThe Rochester Country Fairgrounds hosted a tractor pull of the Mass Mini Tractor Pullers Association on October 10. The tractors are hand-built by their owners, using naturally-aspirated auto engines that are 500-1,000 horsepower. Rochester Christmas Tree Lighting400 viewsRochester held its annual tree lighting on Monday night, December 7, in front of the Town Hall. Hundreds attended and greeted jolly old Saint Nick as he rode in on the town’s new yellow fire tower truck. ORRHS Class Olympics400 viewsIt was freshmen vs. sophomores vs. juniors vs. seniors on March 4 during the ORRHS Class Olympics. The four grades competed against each other in games like the egg toss, Pictionary, and the three-legged race for a cash deposit into their class bank account. Seniors took first place that day. Miss Inspirational400 viewsThe Miss Inspirational program took to the ORR stage and stole the show on Friday, May 6, during a packed auditorium assembled to see 29 young women of all abilities showcase their talents and accomplishments. Miss South Coast, Jillian Zucco, coordinated the fundraising event as part of her progress towards the upcoming Miss Massachusetts pageant.
