Christmas Holiday Shop426 viewsSt. Anthonys and St. Ritas parishioners combined efforts to give the community a Christmas Holiday Shop and Celebration on Saturday, December 5, 2009. The basement of St. Anthonys church was decked out in snowflakes, wreaths, bells, bows, and a Santa sleigh. Santa listened patiently as children told him what they wanted for Christmas. Relay for Life426 viewsChildren went to the Center School in Mattapoisett to make their own ornaments and gifts at the Relay for Life workshop on December 6, 2009. For a $6 donation, children could pick from crafts like pine cone Christmas trees, clothes-pin reindeer, and foam ornaments paint, glitter and glue were in abundant supply.
