Antique Car Show409 viewsOn Saturday, July 21, the Marion Recreation Department held their second annual Antique Car Show on the lawn at Silvershell Beach. One of the highlights was they we were able to take a close look at the largest Pipefish we’d ever seen. It's All About The Animals409 viewsIt's All About The Animals, a non-profit cat shelter in Rochester, Mass., has been responsible for helping to save the lives of over 250 cats since its inception in 2009. The Tabor team, which has almost 40 players, had a 1-2 record going into Saturday’s competition. Pinewood Derby409 viewsOn Saturday, March 2nd 2013, The Cubs Scout Pack 32 held a pinewood derby at the Community Hall of the Congregational Church in Marion. The results were 1st Lucas Marcolini, 2nd Brendan Hubbard, 3rd Nathaniel Bangs, and 4th Nate Robertson. All four move on to regional finals in New Bedford later this month. Other awards included, Best Theme to Connor Lavoie for his Batmobile, Best Design to David Strom for Kool Kone and Best Paint Job to Max Richins for Bulldog. Photos by Felix Perez
