Friend's Garden432 viewsOn October 9, 2009, the garden at Friends Academy surpassed the 2000-pound of harvested vegetables benchmark, and then some. Harvesting a variety of greens plus sixteen pounds of carrots and eight pounds of winter squash, students bundled up 71.3 pounds of vegetables for their weekly delivery to the Food Pantry at Grace Episcopal Church.

And They Are Off!432 views240 athletes kicked off the Harbor Days week on July 10, 2011 with the Mattapoisett Lions’ Triathlon, which started from Mattapoisett Town Beach and included a .25-mile swim, a 10-mile bike ride and a 3-mile run.
