Award of Excellence415 viewsThe Mattapoisett Lions Club announced the recipient of 2013 Mattapoisett Lion’s Club Award of Excellence in the amount of $5,000. This year’s recipient is Colleen Packard a senior at Bishop Stang High School who will be attending George Washington University in the fall and will be majoring in chemistry. She is recognized for her work in community service, her goals when she completes her studies and her academic record.
