Stars & Stripes Forever Musical Revue440 viewsThe Marion Art Center staged the “Stars & Stripes Forever Musical Revue” last weekend to packed crowds. The rousing show mimicked a USO event, with the audience being entertained as the “troops.” The production featured the “Swanson Sisters from Sheboygan: Dixie, Trixie & Pixie,” (played by Caroline Blaise, Pam Breton, and Denise Bastos) and was hosted by the hilariously funny “Frankie B. Sharpe” (played by Eric Bosworth). The MAC theatre was set up cabaret style, and guests brought their own refreshments.

Con Spirito440 viewsThe Tri-County Symphonic Band, under the direction of Philip Sanborn, performed its Con Spirito program on Sunday February 2 at the Old Rochester Regional High School auditorium. In its 52nd concert season, the band welcomed guest French Horn Instrumentalist Roger Haber, and recognized Trumpeter Edith Pliskin on her 94th birthday coming up next week.
