Stars & Stripes Forever Musical Revue481 viewsThe Marion Art Center staged the “Stars & Stripes Forever Musical Revue” last weekend to packed crowds. The rousing show mimicked a USO event, with the audience being entertained as the “troops.” The production featured the “Swanson Sisters from Sheboygan: Dixie, Trixie & Pixie,” (played by Caroline Blaise, Pam Breton, and Denise Bastos) and was hosted by the hilariously funny “Frankie B. Sharpe” (played by Eric Bosworth). The MAC theatre was set up cabaret style, and guests brought their own refreshments.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award is the premier volunteer awards program in this country. It recognizes Americans who, by their demonstrated commitment and example, inspire others to engage in volunteer service. Winners receive the official President’s Volunteer Service Award pin.

Families were asked to bring new unwrapped toys, and in return they were given a delicious pancake breakfast and a photo with Santa.
