Rochester Fire Department200 viewsMembers of the Rochester Fire Department participated in full gear for Saturday’s, 3-mile Team Hero's Walk held at Fort Taber in New Bedford. In the department’s 10th year walking, the participants raised $8,500, the largest amount raised to date as they symbolized the extra weight of living with Multiple Sclerosis. Rochester Grange Agricultural Fair199 viewsUnlike recent years when greeted by stifling heat or torrential rain, the 2023 Rochester Grange Agricultural Fair was held in gorgeous weather on August 19. Outside the Grange Hall, attendees enjoyed animals large and small with the Plymouth County 4-H Club, while inside blue, red, green and yellow ribbons adorned winning entries from farmers, gardeners and craftsmen of all ages.
